Refund policy

At Cushy Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, used or opened health products are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
